Quickstart
Weekly GBP cadence
The once-a-week maps loop that generates the phone calls.
The high-frequency loop. Once a week, every active client. This is where the agency's money comes from. Full detail in the GBP Blast + Sniper manual.
The loop
- Rerun the grids. Open each client's GBP grid in NEO, hit Rerun (costs credits, accept it). Don't trust the color legend — click in for actual numbers. A "5" can show green and not be 3-pack.
- Pick the weak keywords. Flag the red ones that also have real buyer demand. "LinkedIn headshots" yes; "team headshots" no (companies hire their own). Prioritize 3–4 to rotate.
- Run a single-keyword GBP Blast. One keyword per blast (e.g. just "LinkedIn headshots," no "near me," no variations). The map can absorb concentrated single-keyword anchors; your money site cannot.
- Run GBP Sniper alongside on the same weekly cadence while in active push.
- Rotate weekly: wk1 "LinkedIn headshots," wk2 "professional headshots," wk3 "commercial photography," wk4 rerun grids + add any keyword that slipped. ~4 blasts/month, all sharing the core noun + niche differentiation.
- Review GSC for pages ranking 11–25 → feed them into the Publish triage.
Notes
- One map per city. A Phoenix map won't rank you in Scottsdale — make a separate Scottsdale map.
- Leave near-perfect grids alone. All 1s except a corner at #4? Drop to a monthly maintenance blast.
